POLICIES
Student Responsibilities
The study of music can be a rewarding experience. It offers a unique opportunity to develop one’s self-expression, artistry, and discipline. In order to make progress, it is important to:  Attend lessons regularly and be on time; Practice everyday in a quiet place. Remember that quality of practice is as important as quantity; Keep your music and instrument in good order and bring both to lessons; Talk to your teacher about your goals and how to achieve them; Attend live music performances at every opportunity; Enjoy yourself and remember to take pride in being a student of music.
Parental Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for picking up their children from and taking their children directly to designated Ethos Music Center classrooms and instructors. Ethos, Inc. also strongly encourages parents and guardians to participate with their children by taking an interest in their musical endeavor. Adult music lessons are also offered through Ethos, Inc.
Attendance
Students must pay for full camp session regardless of attendance. Out of courtesy to the teachers, students should notify Ethos in advance of any absence. Registration cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to start of camp session in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Discontinuation
Ethos reserves the right to discontinue a student at any time for poor attendance, non-payment of fees, lack of interest, or disruptive behavior. If the student is discontinued for non-payment of fees, he or she may be reinstated when the account balance is paid in full.
