James Andrews

James is currently serving as the full time music instructor at the Dufur School in Dufur, Oregon (Go Rangers!). He is in his fourth year with the Rural Outreach Project having previously served in Fossil, Oregon. James is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio by way of Singapore and Vancouver, BC. He has a deep and unironic love for yacht rock and his primary instruments are voice, saxophone, and guitar. In addition to teaching, James also writes and records original music under the moniker “Ole Rusty”.
