Students learn to play and arrange rock songs in a group setting.  An emphasis is placed on playing together as a group, exploring concepts such as dynamics, improvisation and rocking out!  Songs are picked by the band and arrangements are created based on the band’s instrumentation.  Guitarists, bassists, keyboardists, drummers and singers between the ages of 10  and 18 are encouraged to join.  Students must have at least one year of experience on their instrument in order to sign up for this class. Returning students/bands will be given schedule priority. New students will be integrated into open positions or formed into new groups.
