Jedidiah Chavez

Development Director

Jedidiah manages the fundraising efforts of Ethos Music Center. Prior to Ethos, Jedidiah worked with a variety of nonprofit arts and social service organizations. In addition to a background in resource development, Jedidiah is also a working artist who has shown in a variety of museums and galleries including the James Cohen Gallery in New York and the Wiseman Gallery in Chicago.  He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Northern Colorado and an MFA in Visual Arts from the Vermont College of the Fine Arts.  In 2004, he was also an Alexander Foundation Fellow for the Study of the Contemporary Arts. When he is not writing grants or reading grocery store novels and/or Foucault, he enjoys reality television and long walks with his two adopted dogs. If a made-for-television movie was ever based on his life, the soundtrack would include Cat Stevens, Stevie Nicks, Joy Division, The Gossip, Lara Michell, and Beyonce.
