Audrey Voon

Audrey Voon is a professional singer, actress, and arts educator in Portland, Oregon.  She is a member of the Portland Opera Chorus and has recently been seen onstage at Broadway Rose Theatre Co. (Mary Kelly in Ripper and Tuptim in The King and I).  Other regional theatre experience includes productions with Mock’s Crest Productions, Opera Theatre Oregon, Tin Pan Alley Theatre Co., and Blue Monkey Theatre Co.  She teaches private voice lessons and choir at Ethos Music Center, as well as the Introduction to Musical Theatre class, which she established in 2010 during her year of AmeriCorps service here.  She is also delighted to teach music and theatre at Northwest Children’s Theatre and choir at Stephenson Elementary School.  Audrey graduated from the University of Portland (B.A. Music, French minor), where she conducted her choral studies with Dr. Roger Doyle and vocal technique and pedagogy with Judith Montgomery.
