Rachel Gilmore, Interim Executive Director / Operations Manager

Rachel joined the Ethos team in September 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Linfield College and is an alumna of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. Adam Goodwin, Director of Programs

Adam Goodwin started working at Ethos in 2008 through the University of Portland’s work study program. He has since served as an Americorps member, private lesson coordinator, Director of Admissions and most recently as Urban Outreach Manager. While working administrative positions, Adam looks forward to teaching guitar and rock band class. Contact:
