Ethos Winter Recital Videos

December 21, 2009

Ethos’ Winter Recitals are available for viewing and downloading here!  Look for the recital dates and times to make sure that you are looking at the right recital for your student.

Feel free to download the entire recital (at the bottom) or email a link to friends and family.  Due to a technical difficulty, the video is stretched slightly in these recordings, but will be fixed in future recordings.

Special thanks to Patrick, Robin, and Daniel for filming and producing these recitals on-site.  Equipment has been generously provided by the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission and Comcast.

If you like the videos, please consider making a donation to Ethos to help us cover the staffing costs required to produce these videos.

Drive by gifting! Ethos instructor pays it forward.

December 15, 2009

Ethos instructor Amoree Lovellreceived a fun surprise at the bus stop yesterday…  A couple drove up and handed out cards with $20 bills to everyone with a note suggesting they “pay it forward.”  Amoree obliged and donated the $20 to Ethos — giving us enough funds to loan out two more musical instruments to low-income kids.  Amoree’s selfless story was featured on both KPTV Channel 12 and KOIN Channel 6!

Thank you Amoree and all of Ethos’ instructors for your continued support of Ethos and our mission to bring music back to every child!
